This classic 430 sqm house set on a 2000 sqm plot is surrounded by a well-maintained garden and distributed on two levels.

At the entrance level, right from the front door,  you arrive at the spacious social area integrating the dining room with the living room, and a separate fully-equipped kitchen. On the same level, you find a complete guest bathroom, laundry room, and the garage - currently converted into a studio. A fantastic terrace accessed by both the salon/dining room, offers a lounge area and a dining table next to the BBQ, making it the perfect place to enjoy alfresco dinner or sunset cocktails while enjoying the sea views.

Heading downstairs, you find the sleeping area featuring 4 en-suite bedrooms with access to the second spacious terrace. One of them has two double bedrooms and an independent access which makes it possible to use it as a guest apartment.

Apart from the infinity pool inviting for refreshing dips, the outdoor area offers sun beds, a lounge area, and a relaxing sauna to make sure you make the best of your Mallorcan vacation.

There is parking, but no garage. Street parking is accessible as well.

Minimum stay: 5 nights.

Please note that there are many steps and stairs inside the house and on the property which might make this a tricky place to stay if you have toddlers or younger children. There is no child protection around the stairs and pool.
